Living in the Moment

Reduce - Simplify- Gratitude  I saw these three points in an article in Yoga Journal this morning and thought about all of the ways I could apply them to my life both on and off of the yoga mat.  If I reduced what I did each day, simplified my life and recognized and was grateful for each moment, I believe that I would be much more grateful for each day and what it held. It does not mean that I can't try to learn or achieve more but that I also live in the present and am fully aware of and grateful for the things that I am doing.  I think I will put this concept into practice one moment at a time and see where it leads me this week.

Your wish is so beautifully and simply stated and very much reflects the sentiment behind it!

As Ginny wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well!

Simplicity is indeed a beautiful thing, and I think especially when it comes to creativity. Beautiful words.
