As I move slowly through each day, I am beginning to ask myself, "What are my dreams?" "Where do I want to be at the end of next year?" These are the big questions. But I have learned that in order to answer the big questions I have to start with the more immediate ones. I need to know where I am now in terms of my dreams and goals. I need to celebrate the things I have already accomplished so that I can move forward. I need to know where I am going so that I will be able to take the steps to get there. Where am I now? Where do I want to go? What steps can I take to get there? These are three questions that you might want to ask yourself and answer before setting goals for the new year. Write down the questions and let the answers flow. Don't think - just write and see what answers appear. Then you can begin to make a plan.
Working with a coach is a wonderful way to help make your dreams come true. Having that person who asks the questions that helps you find the answers that are within, often makes the journey much easier and more exciting. I have found that sharing my ideas and dreams with someone who supports me is one of the keys to reaching my dreams and goals. If you are interested in learning more about my coaching style, let's talk. I always begin with a free coaching session so that you can decide if Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching is right for you. We'' ll talk, we'll laugh, we'll do a creative activity on the phone or in person and then you'll set a small step or goal for the coming week if that seems right. It's a gentle nurturing approach to coaching but it works. If this sounds like the perfect way to set your goals for 2015, I would love to hear from you. You can contact me at ginny.lennox @comcast.net to set up a free coaching session.
When you share your dreams and your talent with the world, magic happens. Let the magic begin!
