Wishcasting Wednesday - "What Do You Wish To Begin?"

6/8/2011

It is Wednesday which means that the wishes of many are cast out to the Universe.  Today Jamie of Jamie Ridler Studios asked, "What do you wish to begin?"  At first I was not sure what I wanted to begin and then it hit me.  I want to begin each and every day with a sense of accomplishment for what I did and learned the day before as well as with a great sense of curiosity, joy, and anticipation for all the special moments that I am about to experience that very day.

Beautiful. To begin each day not only looking forward, but reflecting back on the growth of the previous day as well. A lovely sense of continuity to your days.

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also.

Truly a wonderful wish, Ginny. If we could all start our days with joy and curiosity, the world would be a much happier place. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also.

I may have to borrow this one for myself... I used to write an accomplishment list as I lived through the day (an inverted to-do) and I am setting some pretty big goals right now... being aware of my accomplishments... especially the "mini" ones... may definitely help me along....

THANK YOU for that...

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also!!

Ginny,

I like this wish very much. I agree with what others have said. It is important to acknowledge our accomplishments.

Kind of like Julie Jordan Scott, I always begin my "to do" list with something I've already accomplished, sometimes even two things. It makes me feel good:~)

Thanks for this thought today!

To recognise our own accomplishments is a wonderful thing, although I doubt the majority of people do this enough ..... thank you for sharing this wish.

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you too.

Ginny: This was so clear, so wonderfully simple, so important and so beautiful. Ginny as you wish for yourself so I wish for you.

What an absolutely beautiful and sweet, short wish. As Ginny wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.

I am always amazed at how similar many of our wishes are!
As Ginny wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well.
