It is Wednesday which means it is time to answer Jamie Ridler's Wishcasting question. Today Jamie asked, "What do you wish to take a break from?" After I read the prompt, I went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee and when I opened the refrigerator door I knew my answer. I wish to stop eating food that is not good for me and begin to eat whole fresh foods that not only taste good but make me feel better. This means I will have to start thinking again about what I buy and what I prepare. In order to keep me focused on my goal, I am going to make a vision board to display in the kitchen as a reminder of what I want to accomplish. Thank you Jamie for today's prompt.
