Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.
                                                                                                            Albert Einstein
I am not sure I understand everything better by looking at nature but I definitely feel better when I am outside.  There is nothing I enjoy more than looking at a beautiful flower, a glowing sunrise, or a magnificent mountain.  I love the ocean but I am fascinated by the desert.  I can look all day at the clouds in the sky or the leaves on the trees.  Taking time everyday to enjoy what nature has to offer is a special gift I now give to myself.   The best part is that all I have to do is walk outside, open my eyes, and really look.  Won't you join me?

I think what Einstein meant by his comment is that nature constantly evolves and renews itself. It is a process that is never-ending and always wondrous - even the fury of nature is awesome and amazing!

What a beautiful post Ginny! I adore walks outside too. Nature helps me remember my sense of place in the universe!!! We are ONE!

Wow -- wonderful nature image, Ginny! I'm seem to be attracted to orange lately. :) I had two lovely walks in nature this weekend -- feeling renewed. Have a good week!

Ginny,

Since this is the first sunny day in over a week...I will take you up on your suggestion. I'll pull my camera out the spiderwebs and dust of months of it sitting in it's bag and see what there is outside waiting for me.

BTW I loved the color of that flower. What kind is it? It's really beautiful.

How true! I was absolutely captured by the mountains near Seattle when I was flying past them this week. The moonlight just lit up the peaks!
