Watching the ducks in Charleston, South Carolina.
Creative thoughts percolate in silence, in an atmosphere where we can escape the noise and the

I love to be out in nature.  For me, there is nothing more special than to be surrounded by its beauty.  I love the way the green leaves look next to the blue sky.  I love to watch the breeze in the trees and hear the sounds of the birds.  I try to find some time each day to be outside, by myself, to think, to relax, and to enjoy all that nature has to offer.  Is there a place that you go to enjoy nature that is special to you?

My escape to nature is Central Park. Living in NYC I am forever surrounded by noise, people and concrete. I've discovered a little section in the park where you can't hear the traffic and I forget that I am in the city. Heaven.

I came to your blog from Creative Every Day. I love nature, too. Looks like you are having some awesome weather. I find solace in my studio. It takes me away like no other place can.

I go to the beautiful park near my home -- it has a duck pond and rose garden. Visiting the park always calms me down and renews me.

We live just 5 minutes from the edge of a beautiful bay and I love walking along the waterfront and smelling that sea air... my favourite slice of nature and always reinvigorating...xx

Like you, nature is my place of comfort. It's also a place where I can totally be in the present. I've tried meditation and various others means of "being present," but all it really takes is sitting on my porch, watching the birds eat at the feeders...and I forget all my worries and all the things I need to do. Thanks for this reminder:~)

I practically live at the Arboretum here in Minnesota! Nature is my refuge and solace. Soooo much beauty in the great outdoors. . .
I like the way you framed this photo with the tall reeds in front.
