This week my goal is to walk each day for at least 1/2 hour. I used to walk daily but an injury stopped me and it has been difficult getting back into the habit. Today I am going to take my music with me and begin to walk before it rains. I have a friend who has a pedometer with her wherever she goes and she really loves knowing how much she has walked each day.
