                                                         "Beauty is a gift."  Aristotle
If you agree with Aristotle, and I do, then no matter where we are or what we are doing the world is full of surprises and wonderful gifts for us to enjoy. Time goes by so quickly.  As you plan each day this week, I hope that you will leave some time to enjoy the beautiful gifts that the world has to offer.  What I have learned is that I don't have to travel far to find something beautiful to look at.  All I have to do is look out my window and something beautiful is there each and every day for me to enjoy. And that truly is a gift that I don't want to miss.

Hello Ginny, this is so fresh! I'm sorry I didn't make it to PPF this week your painting below is so very beautiful, the colors are gorgeous, so peaceful and serene, I love your work! Take care and have a lovely week. xx

I love the roses that have the two colors blending together like that--single roses don't really do well here, with such intense heat they blow right out, but this is lovely.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. It is really hard to get around to all the PPF sites, isn't it. Thank goodness we have until this coming Friday. Your roses are stunning. What gorgeous color and nice shapes.

Lovely, lovely roses! If we can't find beauty around us, we can create it, can't we!

This is what my 365 is about. Keeping my eyes open to beauty (even in ordinary things) every day. :)

Thanks for reminding me to look where I am for the beauty. Sometimes I get wrapped up the far away beauties and miss what is right next to me!

Absolutely agree. I've just looked out of the window and there are some lorikeets perched on our balcony. How beautiful are they!

Being reminded to look at the beauty surrounding us is so important. When I'm working at my desk, I remind myself to stop occasionally and look out the window. The only problem with this is sometimes it's hard to get BACK to work. Thanks for this quote and the flowers are beautiful. You should paint this picture:~)
