Well, it's time to look back over the past week and see what made me feel really happy. As part of Jamie Ridler's Happy Book club, I have been taking time to notice the good things that happen each week and it continues to be a wonderful way to end the week.  The first thing that comes to mind is that I went away, which is always fun. But what is really great is that it felt even better to come home.  I feel very fortunate to live where I do and I want to remember that always.
Next, I have been taking time to notice how beautiful nature's colors are.  We have afternoon showers almost everyday which makes the grass really green and the flowers extra vibrant.  I love to stand on my deck and look at how beautiful the green leaves look next to the blue sky. Nature always astounds me but lately it seems prettier than ever.
Last, but definitely not least, I have been working on my dreamboard and I see changes taking place.  My last dreamboard was filled with soft pastel colors and quiet comfortable rooms.  This dreamboard is filled with vibrant bright colors and people laughing and having fun.  I can't wait to see what the summer has in store for me and those I love!!!

Going away definitely gives us perspective on our home and can be such a relief to back in our space. How beautiful your dreamboard is turning to vibrant and fabulous colours! I think summer has sprung in your heart. Happy Friday to you!

Yes, there truly is no place like home... I'm excited to hear more about your dreamwheel, and how it brings you the fruit of the wonderful things you are in the midst of planting!

Happy Friday! There is no place like home. How wonderful to love where you are at. Noticing nature's splendor brings me joy too! It is fascinating to see how our dreamboard evolve and change over time. It really is a great practice for reflecting. Have a lovely weekend!

I love both going away and coming home. Having the opportunity to enjoy both is a wonderful happy thing for me too. And yes, enjoying the beauty of nature brings plenty of joy -- and this time of year is definitely delivering! Have a great week.
